CHANGES AND RETURNS

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement in the event that with proven fault of our store were sold incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality. The customer must not accept the receipt of the product and return the product.

The products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.

Return costs

• Free the first return in case the number does not make you with the transport company SPEEDEX. You will only be charged for shipping the new product.
• Free return and shipping of the new product, due to the fault of our store with the transport company SPEEDEX.
• Refund of your money in case of cancellation of the order before sending it (concerns ready-made products).

In case we sent you the wrong item or number from what you requested, we send you the correct one and bear the cost of returning the old and the shipping cost of the new product
